:jointsmile: i have a question that i need some information on ..hopefully someone can help in some way.. i recently had a little girl with my ex girlfriend and she is not doing anything to make this already stressfull situation any better. i decided to take her to court because she would not let me see my little girl, i smoke herb and she doesnt. she is totally against it for some reason. court date is coming up soon and she knows i smoke, i was wondering if she told the court or judge that i smoke pot would that have an affect on the time i get to see my little one? yes i smoke herb, but i have a good job that pays well and have been at for a couple of years so its steady, i go to school in the mornings, and have my shit together..would just smoking pot cause me to loose time with my little girl..any advice would be awsome..thanx

maybe if u get clean and pass a drug test they wont believe her?

uhh do you have a lawyer....maybe ask him
I wouldn't smoke bud for a while and request a drug test to "prove" you don't smoke weed.
then after that it should be smoooooth sailing

I would do anything for my son, including quitting. If my ex ever tried coming after me, I am sorry, I would quit. Yes, if she tells them that you smoke she can request a drug test.

hello dude , i dont know wat the laws like in tour contry but i split up with my long term girlfriend (15 years) we had 2 kids cut along story short she told the court that i smoked bud everyday and the judge said it doesant make me a bad dad cause i smoked weed anyway i got full custody of both kids,good luck i know what your going through
