Just me, or was this guy an asshole? (sort of long)

So last night I smoked out my buddy in college and his younger brother (who is also very good friend of mine) who is in high school. I made a club run and picked up 1/8th of Super Sour Deisel. It was fucking freezing outside, so we decided to take the stealth route and smoke in his bedroom (which is upstairs, and their parents were downstairs). I created a doob tube and kept the Febreeze handy, all was well until my friend's friend showed up.

Let's call him Dan. Now Dan, in my opinion is a total bitch and asshole cunt. He came over, climbed up the stairs and immediately complained about the smell of dank bud. Now the parents are somewhat fine with the smell of smoking, but my friends still like to keep it on the d/l to keep them happy.

Anyways, he refuses to use the doob tube and makes us go outside in the fucking cold so he can take his hits. He took his smoke in well, so I start to kinda like this guy again.

After he smoked, we went back upstairs to the bedroom to just chill with video games, music and internet shit. I introduce myself because I forgot to earlier, and tell him to call me by my last name (which is the name I go by, because I have a cool last name). He goes, "Bullshit, I'm not calling you that, what's your real name?"

As if I was going to lie about my name. Then I tell him that he knows my sister, "Beth", because they went to high school together. He says, "Oh I remember her, is she dead yet?" What the fuck?

I told him that my sister is engaged to a pretty cool guy, and it's even better because he's pretty fucking rich. He goes, "Sheesh, I've heard that story before" He asked me where I got the bud, I said the medical store (which is the best bud available in Los Angeles) then he said, "I hardly believe that, the bud wasn't even that good." YOU JACKASS MOTHERFUCKER.

Then he complained about how he didn't want to listen to music and play Gauntlet with us. It was 3 a.m., almost below freezing outside and this dude acts like he wants to go out riding dirtbikes or some kRaZy KoOl shit.

Then Dan handed my friend a cigar, and started talking about how he felt pure energy flowing through his arms. (This guy was fucking BAKED, but he kept denying it)

We all laughed at him, but in a friendly way because he kept refusing that he was high. He got pissy, and said he was going home to take a nap then see his girlfriend. It was 3 a.m. He got up, TOOK BACK THE CIGAR WHICH HE GAVE AS A GIFT TO MY FRIEND, then left.

Just kick him out next time. When he starts bitching you can just tell him, "the door's over there." You'll get the point across. Be honest to this guy and tell him you don't want him around you because of how disrespectful he is. Distance yourself from these people. You don't need to escalate it to fighting over one minor thing like this, just keep him away, that way it won't ever escalate to that.

about the second he started talkin about my sister... i would be shatering knuckles on his face, because of how hard and how many time i hit him...

Dear lord..sound EXACTLY like this kid that showed up on 420 last year..

He walks up my stairs and walks past my mom, as he's doing that he takes off his shirt and drops it on the floor in the middle of the hall, then as he's walking in my room still near my mom he says extremely loudly "SMELLS LIKE MARIJUANA IN HERE" (like your friend's parents, my mom doesnt care she just doesnt want to hear it being screamed throughout the house)...i let him stay for a smoke and kicked him out promptly. Your guy was a total dickhead too. Kick him out and make it clear that you're kicking him out, not saying 'see ya later'.
