I don't think it's incredibly bright to share your real name or show pictures of yourself in a forum that promotes illegal activites. I prefer a degree of anonymity. But, most of the pic threads here are labeled as pic threads, so if you don't want to see the images, don't click. No one is forcing your mouse finger to go anywhere it doesn't want to go.

First, it doesnt matter if you post a pic of yourself or not bro. Even if you think you're 'smooth' using a IP blocker your IP is still traceable using the resources of the Federal Government... So just by posting here you are letting John Q. Law 'know' who you are...

But simply saying you do 'this or that' isnt probable cause... Least if you have even a half-way decent lawyer... Even posting a pic of -you- smoking something doesnt mean you're not smoking a joint or pipe filled with tobacco or a legal herb and just 'saying' it is weed to be cool.


The safest thing to do is NEVER to post here in the first place... But to think that posting a 'picture' is the magic bullet cops are waiting for is a little silly... You might help them single you out sooner... Set up surveillance on you or something... But even to set-up surveillance you would assume you would need to be a dealer or grower... Both things I am not. Most states have very lenient laws as well when it comes to personal use... Even in my strict state I've had many friends let go by local and state cops when they were caught with small amounts of ganja.
