We use 4 different ratios for our Advanced 3 part. The first is clone/new growth and we follow the simple 1/1/1 ratio for this. A TDS meter is an absolute neccessities for properly measuring nutrient levels. Second ratio is strong veg growth, and we follow the bottle again for this one. When we are going for around a 1000ppm of nutrients (which does not include the 250ppm of our h2o) then we are going for around 1.5 teaspoons per gallon of grow, 1.5 teaspoons per gallow of micro, and 1/3 teaspoon of bloom. Third ratio is flowering which is a 1/2/3 ratio (grow, micro, bloom). This goes from around 1000ppm in the beginning up to 1400-1500ppm. Our last ratio is a 1/2/4 of grow, micro, and bloom. This is when the plant needs its boost of potassium and phosphorous hence the high ratio of bloom. We supplement the middle of the flowering cycle with Dr. Hornby's Big Bud at half strength.

We have been using Vitaboost, another Advanced Product, for the last few grows but I am not convinced that it is beneficial so we are doing our current hydroponic grow without it. Just the 3 part, Big Bud, and Growth Excel (which is used as a foliar spray, not in the rez). I am a believer that the 3 part is really all you need if you can dial everything else in perfectly.
