lol yeah, i was like 'damn this is so old...' i wasn't sure if it was going to be that or the video where the dude lifts like hundreds of pounds then drops the thing on his chest which collapses his chest.... this one is grosser, but i'd rather have that happen to me then dropping a thin bar of steel on my chest that weighs atleast 300 pounds (it was probably more)
