I like my steak and burgers rare!!! I explained in another thread that I buy a Organic grass fed steer and have it butchered... I in the future will crucify store bought meat on the grill before I eat it... I always cook chicken and pork till it falls of the bone,,,that is just the old school way from my parents as refrigeration and sanitation back in the day warranted it... My grandparents raised their own fowl and I would not hesitate to eat any of that today... I am however suspect of anything in a package from the supermarket...
