'Don't Bogart That Joint' ... I was one of a bunch of 'street hippies' on Wells St., Chicago (worked at the InnSanity in Old Town, and Electric Theatre on Clark Ave.), anyway, we wound up in some recording studio singing background for that song ... a group called 'Brotherhood of Man' recorded it (1966-7 ??) ... I've heard the song over the years, but thought we were the original ... surprised me, that when I left Chicago, anyone had ever heard of it ...

I got rid of all my vinyls when I started collecting CD's. Man, they'd be worth a FORTUNE if I'd have kept them. I even had 45's, and a ton of 78's from my dad.

I could kick myself daily for getting rid of them.

But I have over 500 CD's, many of the old albums I have gotten from Collector's Choice Music. Remember Bloodrock, Uriah Heep, Humble Pie, Flo and Eddie, Mother's Finest?

I'm gonna get on CCM and see if I can get the White Witch album. I believe that is the only album they ever made, LOL...

    Thanks, Psycho! You da man!

    Peace,

    Old Stoner :stoned:

I don't remember Quark, Strangeness, and Charm. Who dey? But Amazon has White Witch CD's (both on the original Capricorn label) for TWENTY FIVE BUCKS apiece. Don't want it THAT bad, LOL...

They made two albums with Capricorn, the orginal in '72, and another in '74.

How about Captain Beyond? That was some SPACEY music.

    Peace,

    Old Stoner
