So I've heard. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but I really don't understand what the responsibilities it would entail. I'm planning on attending the next meeting with a few friends though and ask some questions. I think the position would be a little to public for myself as I can't really afford to put myself in the spotlight, but I know some really intelligent ppl who I think could do such a thing with no problem.

I can totally understand that. If it was just "me" and all I did was smoke, well F-it, I wouldn't feel so threatend, but I "help" a lot of ppl to do what they do and that is a major risk factor for me. I would have to do one or the other. I would love to see a strong presence from NORML in Ga though. We need reform desperately, as the current laws in Ga are potentially VERY HARSH. I almost lost my license permanently over a gram. In Ga they can do that, just for possession, and it doesn't have to be anywhere near a vehicle. Amazing that they would write a law that would in effect RUIN someones LIFE just for possessing a misdemeanor amount of something as harmless as MJ.

Wow, I can't believe you're still on here! I spoke with you a couple times a long time ago. I remember b/c that's when I was living in Buford. Anyway, I'm in Norcross, but my brother lives on the lake, off PIB right b4 Friendship rd. so I go up there all the time. I would love to actually meet you in person...let me know. I'll bring the goodies! lol
