To have a really secure private forum I suspect you'd need your own physical server running something like Appache with invited guests only. Each guest can only log on via a designated PC with a static IP address. If someone tries to logon with an uninvited PC the server checks the IP address sees that it is invalid and promptly tells the user to F**K OFF!

So now all we need is for Fitz to set it up!

naw its not secure if its hosting from ireland i have a space on a good few oversea servers with some friendlier laws and cool server owners i think the only way for it to be realy secure is having it not log the ips at all having a whole public side of the forum and then having a whole other side of the forum thats invite only i'll set one up no problemo

no moneys realy needed cause i do freelance web design so i have alot of space around the place the forum on killerdope.ie is a free one and not secure but im going to buy the mysql dumpfile off the host and move it to a secure server and edit the script abit
