I'm doing this E-Congress thing in government class where you create bills for an electronic congress that consists of like 250 school around the USA. My bill is for not the legalization of marijuana, but to empty out our jails and prisons of all the non-violent marijuana users. If people steal and rob to get marijuana (the few that do), send their ass to a prison in ND! But leave the peaceful smokers out of incarceration!
