Well, I took a different approach to them. I am going to tear them apart fact by fact. Basicly I have come up with an imaginary scenario pretending that I am concerened about my friend using marijuana, and that I am a man of science. Then I am going to ask them for facts on why marijuana is bad and should remain illegal, and I am going to disprove each single fact they give me during a long process of emails. My letter to them: (just wrote it, I might change it around)

Dear "Above the Influence,"

I have been wondering if you may be able to provide me with the number of deaths resulting directly from marijuana use. The reason I am concerned with this issue is due to the fact that I have a dear friend who is currently using marijuana, and to be honest, I am worried. From the research I have been conducting, from credible scientific websites and books alike, I have concluded that marijuana is relatively harmless; however, I truly care for this friend so I have decided to write to you and get your perspective on this issue. Basically, after viewing many websites such as yours, anti-marijuana websites, I have viewed nothing but information that is biased. I say this because I am a person who must have the cold hard facts. For instance, this â??gatewayâ? theory that I keep hearing and reading about seems to me like something that would scientifically not be accepted. After reading the opinions of many scientists, I have come to the conclusion that the gateway theory is unacceptable by my standards. Never the less, I am still concerned. I was wondering if you may be as kind as to give me the number one reason why you believe my friend is in danger, because as of this moment, I am sided with you and the anti-marijuana â??movementâ? based only on a feeling, and I need more than that. I need facts.

Sincerely,
A concerned reader

Of course, this is total bullshit about how I am siding with them.
