As in videos of people doing illegal acts? Or people putting copyrighted material up?

it didn't specify.. but i'm leaning more towards illegal acts (it showed one video, like they show an example on news segments of stuff, and it wasn't something that was copywrited material, wasn't really sure what he was doing tho.)

This isn't news , I removed my smoking video's from youtube early last year for this exact reason.
