What should i do?

ok, heres the story. my nieghbor keeps sending her dog to shit on my lawn. ive told her to keep her dog of my lawn. now, she walks into my backyard and opens the gate and lets her dog shit in my backyard.

now i have a two options here. i could just vandilize her house, wtih eggs and what not, but thats just a cheap laugh. I could call the humane society and charge her for trespassing and possibly get her dog taken away, which would be pretty funny. but i dont think i want to take the dog away, because it's not its fault, its the owner.

you're right. the dog is innocent.
call the police, get a report, and then you can sue her for damage to your lawn. just take pictures. dog shit turns grass brown and kills it.
take pictures of her dog while its in your yard poopin, if possible.
first, i'd talk to her and tell her that the options you may have to take arent necessarily the ones you want to take, but if forced to, will.
dont waste the eggs.
believe it or not the law says that any object thrown at a house and accidently goes in the house is considerd throwing a missle in the eyes of the law and can be a felony. take charge and set an example of how you want your neighbor to behave towards you.

i had the same situation a few years ago, lived in an apartment but it was like the whole house, with a yard, the neibour some 60 or so year old lady let her two dogs come onto my lawn and shit. i went and knocked on her door and she didnt answer so i left a note saying something like stop letting your mutts shit on my lawn bitch! well come home next day, and theres more shit....so i went inside, got my pipe and some bud went to my truck, sat in there puffin some weed waiting for her to bring those dogs out. a good 2 hours goes by and she does, i get out, walk up to her, say listen if you or your dogs ever step on my lawn again i will shoot your fucking dogs, i showed her my hi-point .45 cal and went inside. never came on my lawn again

We had a mean neighbor with a mean dog once. This dog would dig under the fence and try to get our rabbit...he finally killed the rabbit when we weren't home. The neighbor didn't see a problem with a dog killing a pet rabbit. He said dogs do that. so.....

We had a very large bag of potatoes from our garden...and every time the neighbor was gone my husband would throw potatoes at the dog and make this funny noise tee yow! tee yow! They were small potatoes but bigger than a marble so I am sure each one stung when it hit. My hubby kept it up for about 3 days and then all he would have to do is make the noise and the bunny murderer ran in terror...

It was really funny one night when they were having a BBQ. They had all these friends over and they were standing around gloating over their big fat dog and my husband just barely whispered tee yow out the window and that stupid dog put his tail between his legs and ran into his house and they could not get him to come out...I laughed so hard.

Dang! That's downright rude and not the poor dogs fault.

Since she's so blatent and rude about it this is what you do.

Tools you need: Rubber/plastic glove and plastic store bag.
Put on glove, walk out to the poop, open grocery bag, bend down and pick that sh!t up with the grocery bag and proceed to sling that crap all over her windows. Go from poop to window to poop to window. Just sling it on over there. Return to sender/owner.

Yeah, it's gross but shes gotta be trained on how to poop the dog.
