you're right. the dog is innocent.
call the police, get a report, and then you can sue her for damage to your lawn. just take pictures. dog shit turns grass brown and kills it.
take pictures of her dog while its in your yard poopin, if possible.
first, i'd talk to her and tell her that the options you may have to take arent necessarily the ones you want to take, but if forced to, will.
dont waste the eggs.
believe it or not the law says that any object thrown at a house and accidently goes in the house is considerd throwing a missle in the eyes of the law and can be a felony. take charge and set an example of how you want your neighbor to behave towards you.
