How big of a role is body fat?

I'm 6'2, 150 lbs. 5% body fat. assuming I smoke an 1/8th every 2 weeks, how fast do you think it would take me to piss clean(household test) by diluting with water, and possibly niacin? Since it is stored in fat cells, wouldn't exercise help as well?

Furthermore, I drink about 8-10 8oz glasses of water per day, anyway. Don't know if that makes a difference.

i duno how body fat % plays a role but im assuming that it is directly linked with how fast ur matabolism is cuz im 5'10" and 155 lbs at 5% body fat aswell and my metabolism is extremely fast so for people like us it doesn't stay in our system nearly as long as a bigger person with slower metabolism especially if your drinking a lot of water, and as for niacin i've heard that its a complete myth, that it doesn't work at all, if your into dilution try a product called Certo, i put up a thread with peoples experiences with the product, u can find it under my profile. best of luck. stay high.

Sweet thanks. Busted by the parents a month ago during winter break. I'm going back to school tomorrow, and my dad said he might test me. But not smoking is out of the question!

yeah man im in a very similar situation except i got kicked outta school so my parents are all over me about it so far i've gone 14 days no smoking which just amazes me cuz i didn't think i could go more than 2 days without the sacred leaf bu to say the least each day without it has been harder and i've been thinking more about it every day but anyways go luck with your rents, stay high.

I'm on a little over a month off the herb now due to a new job starting which drug tested, and I'm waiting to make sure there are no surprises when I start there (making sure they don't random, etc.), and though I miss it a lot, I'm doing alright with it right now. I'm just looking forward to that day when I'm finally completely in the clear, and I can celebrate it. That night is going to be fantastic!!!

yeah i hear you brother/sister? that day will be glorious for sure, till then i've been looking into other methods to keep me occupied.. like i bought a half ounce of that Hawaiian Gold Bud (absolute SCAM), im lookin into buying a Bufo Alvarius frog, and now im looking into purchasing some salvia so thats whats keeping my mind off the ganj for now till that day. im with you in spirit, hold strong.:jointsmile:
