First of all, that looks like a legit 1/8th. You got ripped off but its no big deal, it happens when youre new. If he tried to sell you the bud "in a rush" meaning in some crowded area where you cant inspect/ weigh out the bud, dont buy it. Tell him to meet you in an area that you can examine the bud in. When youre examining it, pcik up a decently sized bud and see if its fluffly, if it is, thats a good thing. Next, rub it inbetween your fingers, if you get a powdery white substance on them, thats really good. The more of that substance there is, the better the bud is. Make sure there arent any seeds and stems if youre going to pay that price. Oh, and make sure the bud has nice hairs, a dark orange color. And NEVER pay extra for "purple" bud. Alot of times dealers try to sell poorly grown bud for more, by passing it off as "purple haze". Dont buy this bullshit. Until you start smoking more, dont buy purple bud for an increased price. And dont ever let your dealer pressure you, NEVER. If youre a little guy then bring along a knife or something, but never ever let your dealer pressure you.
