Which lamp would be better for veg?

hmm, i'm using a flowering solarmax (gold) so i don't know about the 7200k, 6500k works wonders though...

Which lamp would be better for veg? eye hortilux (blue) @ 6500k (29000 lumens) or solarmax (veg) @ 7200k (32000 lumens) I'm not sure what the better spectrum would be for veg, (6500k or 7200k) so if you know can you fill me in?
