Lets take the US Health care system.

Per capita spending on health care in the USA in 1001 was 5274 international dollars.
Which is about twice as much as Canada spends (2931 IND)
The biggest difference is that 43 million Americas donâ??t have health coverage.

Now thatâ??s free market efficiency in action

Maybe youâ??d like it in % of GDP
Since Canada has a much lower GDP than the USA, it looks a little better

USA 14.6% of GDP
Canada 9.6% of GDP

I guess all this inefficiency and waste makes the US GDP look good
