I found that none of my emails were responded to, but whenever I used the "Contact Us" option, I'd receive a reply the same or next day. I'm baffled by the reliablility issue, that some people seem to get ripped off and some don't. I'm wondering if anyone placing a small order has ever been ripped off...if there's any sort of rhyme or reason to which orders result in delivery and which don't. I placed a small order with 420group in 2003 and they came through for me. I also placed a small order last week (1/4 oz. in both cases) and I was blown away how fast things went. I transferred funds and placed my order on Monday, was told shipment would occur on Tuesday, and I took delivery on Friday. I think I will write to them through their website and see if I can get a response as to why some of these larger orders aren't being received. I'd like to be able to give them an endorsement, but I'm not willing to knowing that not everyone has been able to count on them.
