What I said was that an ophthalmic solution that causes vaso-constriction in capillaries wasn't likely to cause vascular collapse. If you want to take issue with what I said, you need to make sure you're reading me clearly.

I don't advocate long-term use of vaso-constricting eyedrops, nor, I expect, do any eye doctors. My doctor recommends Opcon-A for occasional use during allergy season for me.
