Eyedrop...Any long-term problems with daily use

I use Clear Eyes almost exclusively. And multiple time per day
Does anyone know if this could be risky. I mean, are there any negative long-term effects by using eye-drops? When I was young...a friend of mine's dad had used too much nasal medicine and it fucked him up real good. I would hate to be blind in 20 years or something! Anything would be helpful....thank you and take care.

Yes dude, I screwed up my eyes already from using Clear Eyes(redness relief) for a few months nearly daily.
Now, even after a year, even just 1 use of it for me, I'll get rebound. The rebound is I get clear eyes, but for days later a blotched piece of my eye is red and I can't see as well if I use them now.
So for me, I just have red eyes, it's fine, they feel fine.

Thanks...I've used them for years and daily. I have noticed a red splotch on my eyes at random areas on occasion. And sometimes, after not dosing my eyes for say 5 hours, they'll well up and start watering and turn all red. Like in the middle of talking with somebody. Not cool. I can't stop using them now because I'll look SOOO blazed when I don't drop. Anybody know of alternatives to eye drops in eliminating redness?

yeah they would probably not be good for you every day. just put them in if youre real baked and you need to go to an important meeting or something, or if youre sure that youre gonna see your parents, etc (if you still live with em that is).

Oh no, 420izzle, you have permanently fucked your eyeballs.
    "For years and daily"
-My pops did the nasal decongestant thing daily for 15 years, and lost his sense of smell for 30 years and just now it's beginning to come back.

My personal opinion is that your eyes will now always get red and watery for a long time until your eyes can function normally again. Even after that point, don't use eyedrops anymore.

well it sound s like you used them to the point that your eyes became dependent on them. the most i use the stuff is multiple times a day for proabbly two weeks at a time maximum though it has been up to a month. i also switch it up between clear eyes and visine and generic because i think at least two of them have different active ingredients though i could be wrong. and if i dont absolutely need my eyes to look straight i dont use them

I use opcon-a which is more expensive but definitely worth it. it used to be rx only. one drop in each eye will give you movie star-white eyes for several hours. clear eyes sux. you might look at it the same way as dank bud vs. shwag. you need to inhale less of the quality stuff to be stoned, excessive shwag smoking can mess up the lungs. in the same sense, using clear eyes frequently could be irritating compared to the occasional need to use opcon-a
Don\'t smoke cannabis to relieve anger, but rather as a reward for working soberly through anger.

Life is too entertaining for higher powers not to be watching closely.

A rule really only needs to be followed by those who do not know why it is a rule.
