We'll be like "I remember when you had to buy some paper, pens, envelopes, and stamps just to sit down and write a letter to be sent and wait a week for it to get there" They'll be like, "yea right grandpa, like people had to wait for email and you had to buy porn in stores, you're so full of it"

if they could somehow get those star trek replicators hooked up to the net, it'd be all over and done with. I can only dream : paypal my guy some cash, and check my email for my nugg attatchment.
Lmao! That last idea was brilliant. I have to say that sort of thing has crossed my mind before.

I understand what you're saying about us being Gramps and explaining how "In our day" we used to do things the hard way.......lifting a pen and putting it to paper? Lol.
Nation_1ne Reviewed by Nation_1ne on . Internet taken for granted? I was browsing the web reading some articles, streaming videos, and streaming music. Anyway it occurred to me, the Internet is actually incredible. I know this is an obvious statement but one that isn't brought up very often. I have the Internet to thank for a lot of things, like learning about countries, meeting people from other lands, politics, economy, general news, art, music, and anything I have an interest in really. I'm not saying we are dependant upon the net or even should be since Rating: 5
