so if you cant ride them on the street then where the hell DO you ride them?

POCKER ROCKET yo, a guy i know called me up today and asked if i wanted to buy a pocket rocket....one of those mini street bikes... he told me he'd let it go for $120, is this a good deal? does anybody know the laws surrounding these things? do you need a drivers license or any sort of license to ride one?
