Yeah they fuck you up. The only thing I dont like if you have your eyes open the smoke will burn the shit out of em.

Man I saw some awesome gas mask steamrollers at the smokeshop today.

I would imagine they'd get you a shitload of smoke, all at once...the ultimate hotbox.
