I see no problem with this. If it's rolled up, the crystals are contained. It's not like the THC is just going to disappear, unless you left it in a dry place for like a week. If you're afraid of it degrading and going dry, put the joint/blunt in a ziplock bag with an orange peel. But a day later is not a big deal. Or just keep it in a ziplock bag anyway. If you keep your buds in a ziplock bag/air-tight jar, and it doesn't degrade in one day, then I don't see why a joint/blunt would.
