I have made a really ghetto waterfall bong before with a friend. We couldn't find anything to use as the bowl, so I rolled up a very small joint, and put it in the hole (it fit perfectly). I let the water out, and it pulled the smoke out real nice, actually. I was surprised when it worked--and me and my friend got really fucked up after about 6 of those.
