It can spread so cutt it off. That is a problem with jarring bud when it is still not dry and also denser budded strains can be prone to it as well.
I wouldn't smoke it.

you have mold, and he is right. It's from to much moisture left in the bud and then you closed it up and did not check it daily and vent the gas and air out.

Sorry dude, that is not good to smoke or even make hash with.

My relative humidity is too high, and I am very scared that I may run into the same problem

Look in some camping stores or boat supply stores and I think depot carries something called Damp-be-Gone its in the paint dept blue box by the thinners. Or also called Dry-Z-Air its crystals that attract the water and collects it in a cup.

SaH
