The reason I think most people find uncut dicks so repulsive is because we're brought up to think as such. No other place in the world is as obsessed with chopping off part of a guys dick.

Shaving your hair and cutting your nails are unnatural things for us to do, but they are small social sacrifices to fit in. Cutting off human flesh...is a little different.
