Hello everyone. I haven't been on much lately, but now that I am bedridden for a couple months you should be hearing a lot more from me. I was on a ski trip throughout BC/Alberta over New Years, and on the final mountain of the trip and the final run, I hit a huge kicker and didn't land so well My brother helped talk me through the pain and the ski patrol eventually came and took me to the bottom. After an ambulance ride to the hostpital that I don't even remember, I was told that I had broken my femur. They transfered me to the Calgary Foothills Hospital, where I had surgery and spent 6 days recovering.

I am at home now, finally, and I am feeling much better. 6 weeks before I can leave the house though, and 4 months before I can walk again. The good news is that I am now part titanium, and I have an oz. of weed here to keep me company. Occasionally, I get visitors and we smoke up  Anyways, I will be stopping in here a few times a day for sure now that I have so much time on my hands. Thanks for listening to my troubles. It's nice to have such great people to relate to on the boards here.
