Relative to smoking it - vaporizing is doing no harm. This is a harm-reduction issue here. And although the Volcano was the tested instrument, I know that others are very similiar as long as the temps are correct, so one would need a decent vaporizer to control temps and simply make vapors. My Vapolution was a mere 125$ and it works wonders .
