Just wanted to clear things up for ya.
This facility is now out of business and collapsed completely last fall.
They were running NFT recirculating through aquaculture tanks. The system failed because of a poor choice of fish species, no way to sterilize the water or the trays really, very poor ability to control heat in summer and humidity in winter, resulting in rampant disease and pest problems, and a self-styled 'genius' behind the operation who was all theory and no substance.

But it was a good try anyways.
