KP, thanks for the kind words..you guys make me blush. I had a problem AD with them about 10 days ago where they went through a ph problem that I was finally able to straighten out...then topped so they look sort of stuffed or something on account of topping late and I think I went a little crazy. Once they have "declared" I will take more pics and yes I am going to lst but not until I am down to just females....will take pics then....there's 8 total but only one bubblegum.

Dawg! Where did ya get the HOG beans or cuts? That is the plant of the future! As well as the present! It's naturally a tight node plant! Even if it has to fight for light! GREAT choice! Smoke is killer as well! It's just a well established strain overall!

hey ad amazed at the grow man
just wonderin if u could gimme some advice on my grow
i got a 125 watt red spectrum envirolite and 2 18 watt normal cfls from morrisons they look kinda the same colour as the envirolite.
if im right the enviro puts out bout 8000 lumens and the others bout 1100 each so that would round off at 10200 lumens
i know the red is for flowering but could i veg and flower with these coz my budget is low man an im hopin for a crop to pay for my next grow

While the red end of the spectrum is used for flower production, it is also used for photosynthesis & gwrowth. Witness the many, many growers who grow their whole crop under HPS.

So yes, you can veg with red as well.

yeh, you could vegg with that light, but it will take time, if i were you, id use the two smaller lights for some red-spec, while in vegg. and just get a shitty cheap blue-spec cfl tube, use the rds in combo with the blue until flowering, then add the big red light, (keep the blue on, but give reds priority, for a better flowering spec,) i use all different types of lights, the first few minutes of light in the day i put on halogens, to build up some heat, (dont use halogens!) then once temps are good, ill switch them off, then my tube flouro stays on non-stop, then i use a maglite, and blue spec led's for side lighting...

some ppl say heat is the enemy... thats bullshit, heat is your friend, you just gotta know how to harness its goodness...

im starting to smell them... which is bad... they havent even started flowering, and they smell loads more than my blueberrys in full flower....

it dont matter, ill just tell my mum (if she asks) that the smell is from smokin weed... and she wont mind cant wait to start flowering, its on 12/12 as of yesturday... and im just about to go see them now... l8aaaas
