I could have been more clear I guess. The police don't think of you as the vicitim necessarily (although some might), but the system considers you a victim. This is identifiable by simply comparing the punishments for selling/cultivation and possession. Like you said, it's typically not worth the effort to bust a user unless it's overtly obvious, like smoking in your car or as you're walking down the street.

I've had friends caught with a half ounce and the cop just gave it back and didn't mention it.

In my younger and dumber days I was caught at a house party with a bunch of people smoking weed. The cop just asked us if there was anything besides alcohol and weed, we said "no" and they left!

This was in L.A. though..your mileage may vary..
PatrickHenry Reviewed by PatrickHenry on . Kinda suspicious... I was wondering what you guys think...About 2 1/2 weeks ago I spoke to my reg. guy and we set up a meet for that night. He totally blew me off and like virtually disappeared for over 2 weeks....not a phone call, text or any explanation. I thought he got busted - he always gets back to me and this is very unlike him. So anyway, yesterday he texts me out of the blue saying that he just got back from vacation (for 2 weeks???) and to let him know if I need (no explanatation or apology or Rating: 5
