Kinda suspicious...

I was wondering what you guys think...About 2 1/2 weeks ago I spoke to my reg. guy and we set up a meet for that night. He totally blew me off and like virtually disappeared for over 2 weeks....not a phone call, text or any explanation. I thought he got busted - he always gets back to me and this is very unlike him.

So anyway, yesterday he texts me out of the blue saying that he just got back from vacation (for 2 weeks???) and to let him know if I need (no explanatation or apology or anything)....It just sounds kinda sketchy to me. Maybe he DID get busted and he is trying to set me up? I don't know...It is just very unlike him to blow me off for 2 weeks....and he texted me at like 8AM - kinda weird, too!

yeah that does sound really suspicious, i've never had that happen and they tell me ahead of time if they're goin on vacation or whatnot so i can plan ahead. definitely sounds like he may be workin with the popo (just my $.02)

2 weeks isn't unreasonable.

i mean, a standard vacation is going to be at least 7-10 days. So why is an extra 4 so unbelievable?

Yeah I thought it sounded a little weird....and why wouldn't he have told me he was going away that day when he set up the time to meet and everything for that nite? I mean if you are going away you usually know you're leaving esp. if it is the same day! I guess I have to trust my gut feeling that something is up!

sounds resonable to me the guy split for a few..and now he is back and broke he needs his customers to support his lifestyle. now would be the time to order some extra weight get a good price for it.

i highly doubt the cops would use him (even if he got busted) to bust a whole nother group of people... and shit you gotta remember, these dealers don't have the mindset of "i'm doing a service and i have to provide when i can, and blah blah" mostly they do it when they need the money.. if they have a bit built up... they tend to get very unreliable.... may even wanna take a vacation, and 2 weeks isn't unreasonable at all... shit no one wants to like go to the bahama's or cancun and leave in 3 or 4 days... that's more like a visit then a vacation.... i think you're just being overly paranoid (as most stoners get) unless you're buying like pounds/kilos of drugs at a time... if that's the case, then you might want to worry a bit... i just really doubt the cops are going to put in surveilance and crap to put a few people away for what? like a week, maybe a month? lol... if you'd even see jail time... more than likely you'd get probation or some shit.

Couldn't he be trying to lessen his sentence/fines, etc. by trying to set-up other people and getting them busted for buying?

yes that would be the idea.. but dude c'mon... if cops set up survielance and all it would take, to make it stick in court they're going to do it over something worthwhile... generally if it's less than an oz... (unless you're a repeat offender) you're not going to see much jail time... the most you will see (probably) would be sitting in county until your court date.. when you'd most likely get probation and fines... i don't know if you understand what i'm trying to say.. but basicly it'd be waste of time/money/effort to bust someone with less than an oz... and even busting someone WITH an oz i still highly doubt they'd go through it all... DA's and cops offer reduced time for coroporation for shit like that, when peopel are dealing high quantites (minimum i would guess would be like a qp...) other then that you're basicly stuck with whatever time you get...

like i said, i just think you're being the typical stoner (nothing wrong with it, nearly everyone gets it, including me) paranoid...
