I am going to talk to the tow co. Slip,,,I just could not then... I am going to go in a bit and take pics of the parking spot first and print them out,,,then I will go see the tow dude with the pics to refresh his memory...

I know this is a tough one cause the cops are a tow co.'s bread and butter...

Oh and Slip,,,there was black uniforms,,,lots of them...
