Get her to a speech therapist- I don't know about your school, but even the small, rural one I work in has a part-time speech therapist. Has your daughter's hearing been tested? I used to work with deaf kids and one of the least deaf girls (she didn't even wear a hearing aid) would "miss" her "t"s. "Stop" came out "sop" and beginning "t"s were sometimes replaced with "d"s.
