That doesnt work that way in the drug testing world and your States Attorneys Office will tell you the same thing, as with any court judge. There are regulations outlined by the Dept of Health and Human Services which dictate how drug testing facilities must conduct a collection. The regs clearly state that the donor may only remove jackets and empty pockets.
The collectors are not authorized to lay a hand on the donor... Period

The same also applies to drug tests set up by the Dept of Transportation.

Burnt Toast Reviewed by Burnt Toast on . test coming up help! haven't smoked for about 10 days now. i'm pretty sure i'm going to be tested for a job, but that has not been confirmed yet. i have a bottle of xxtra clean. i used to smoke about every day, but i've only smoked 2 or 3 times since dec 21. i also had a medical candy bar on xmas, but i think it was a pretty weak one. anything else i should do? i'm a bigger guy...6'3" about 250.
