You can check out any time you like...but you can never leave!

you'd have to ask a mod to do it for you.. and actually, you won't get it deleted, all your posts will still be there.. they can just close it (ban it) for you. if they feel like being nice enough to do so that is. i still don't understand why people want to close an account (aside from wanting your entire history here gone, which won't happen) i mean it just makes me think peole have so little self control that unless they can't come here and post, they still will...

I never understood it either, the only reason I could see is the fear of posts on this site being brought up in court. But only people with major grow ops have to even slightly worry about that.

Lol, I wish I had deleted my old name, it was the same as my AIM s/n, and it pops up on Google everytime...

I don't doubt my dad has seen it.

there is no deleting of accounts..if we did that for everyone who asked, we would never do anything else...i have also moved this to the proper forum, under feedback..
