at work or place of buisness, if your are tested and show drug use do they give it to the feds? or are u just fired or what?

Depends on the company's policy. Most places have a "no tolerance" policy, which means, you're fired. If you're applying for a job and have to take a piss test which you fail, you obviously won't be hired. Last I knew, most companies don't pass on the results to anyone, except the garbage man. Peace.

If you tell them that you are going to fail before you take the test, I believe they have to give you the option to go to rehab before they fire you

ok just wondering, i was just hoping that the feds wouldnt find out lol. if your fired your fired but arrested is another storey......lol thx guys

They're not going to tell anyone. Imagine if they called the cops and were like "Mr. So and So didn't pass his drug test, please pick him up and take him to jail." The cops would laugh in their face once they found out it was just weed.
