Im not sure about that, but the general rule is just piss out of sight... and then you cant get done... no matter what.

But English police dont really arrest anyone for pissing in public, they just tell them to go somewhere else.

I saw one on TV the other day, and I think it was in Alaska, that if you get caught stealing soap, the theif must was he him/herself with it until it is all gone. Okay!

Another one in Alaska is it is illegal to push a moose out of a moving airplane.
