riding with my friend in an MX6 racing an RX7 on a very hilly 25 MPH road going like 110 on the wrong side of the road. we eventually passed him and no one got hurt so it was actually pretty cool.

Another time may be when I use to run outside screaming I was crazy with a butcher knife knocking on peoples doors asking them to come out to play. That was pretty stupid and I'm pretty lucky non of the house owners owned my ass.

I wouldn't do that shit in Texas. If I was really stoned and you knocked on my door with a butcher knife, i'd prolly grab a pistol and you wouldn't make it off my porch.

well, see...that's the thing...we can't.

the mom had only liability, and the max limit is 20 thousand. our lawyer (one of the best in the area, Terry Bryant) has told us that if we were to sue, we couldnt get the insurance money also. and the family lives in the ghetto apartments in our town (literally...blech) and then there's the simple fact that they couldn't force them to pay us. even if they said the people owed us 2 million dollars, they cant force them to pay, because the only people who can garnish your wages is the federal gov't, and thats just for back taxes and child support.

which leads to my next rant...my "vacation" in the hospital cost roughly 90-100 thousand...the lawyer is trying to talk the hosp. down on the price, like waaaaaaaaaaaaay down, and maybe we'll get SOMETHING outta the settlement. prolly less than 100 bucks, if that much.

oh, and on an irritating "side rant"....they gave me a prescription for vicodin for the pain after i left the hospital, right....it said no refils w/o dr. approval...they wouldnt take our calls, or they weren't in, or w/e...and i never got any more pain medicine....

so i ended up screaming/crying in pain and there was nothing my husband could do to help cuz lets face it, tylenol just wouldn't cut it .....


......fuck....now i'm sad/irritated...i hate people....people w/cars and no brain ><
