Two options: Get a vaporizer (a handheld one might even be okay for you, since you don't smoke that much) or make quick easy recipes, like firecrackers. Refer to the recipes forum, theres a thread there with a very good description of how to make them.

I've been smoking weed almost every day for the past 2 years, but not excessively, maybe about a bowl or two per day in an average-sized glass pipe. I've noticed that every now and then, I get a little short of breath. I don't smoke tobacco so that's not causing it. Anyways, I've decided to stop smoking weed and eat it instead.
