    My theory

Ok so I got a theory, everyone says that THC is not soluble in water right and it is in fats, but it is "slightly" soluble in water. Quote from http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...dopt=Abstract; "Delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the main psychoactive constituent of Cannabis sativa L. and its therapeutic effects are currently under intensive study. However, THC has a very low aqueous solubility (1-2 microg/mL)" So THC is soluble 1-2 mg per ml of water. Incase your wondering how much mg of THC is in a certain amount of weed, several websites say about 60-150mg of THC in a joint. So 60-150mg per .5 grams of weed. Considering all of these facts, all of the THC in .5 grams of weed would dissolve into about 150ml of water. So if I were to stick 150ml of water into my microwave until it boils, then put .5 grams of broken up weed and mix it good and drink it I would get high. Thatā??s my theory, correct me if Iā??m wrong and Iā??m going to test this out in a couple days when I get my hands on some weed.

Man that quote says microg not mg which is milligrams. Micro grams are 1/1,000,000 of a gram and milligrams are 1/1000 of a gram so it would take 150,000mL of water or 150L of water to dissolve .5 grams. Nice idea though.

"Cannabis can also be consumed as a tea. THC is lipophilic and only slightly water soluble, with a solubility of only 2.8 grams per litre" thats from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabis%28drug%29 That would mean 2.8mg/ml

Micrograms, or μg, is a completely different measurement than milligrams or mg. Actually, there are 1000 micrograms in a milligram. Meaning, that to achieve the effects that you desire, you would need to put over a pound of pot in a suitable amount of water. Oh, and usually, in scientific studies, a joint is .9-1.1g. Even the evil NIDA uses that measurement.
Good idea, but it wont work.

Micrograms a really small man. I first learned about that unit when I was in some crazy molecular biology class. Let me tell you that you can hardly even see that much water with your naked eye. I think its like 1x10^-6 grams or something like that.
