Growing multiple strains in the same room is totall ok, and a lot of people including myself do it. They would be more work for you than if you were just growing one strain, because each strain reacts differently to environmental factors, so you wouldn't be able to standardize things as easily. Like, you might not be able to fertilize all the plants the same amount at the same time, cause there might be some plants that need more and others that need less nutes. Also, you might want to do some research about your strains and find out things like what climates they grow the best in. Cause if you have two strains that have huge differences in that area, one of them will probably end up suffering. That's all I can think of for now, but really, I think growing multiple strains at once will be totally fine, and way more fun than just growing one at a time.

Another prob we gonna encounter is we got one room, some are obviously gonna need to go 12/12 before others, our skunk #1 at the mo should be ready in about 3 weeks to flip i think, just debating to make it into two rooms and make the 12/12 part totaly light proof, be hard work but worth it in the end we think.

make sure to put the skunk haze someplace where its not going to block the light of the other not so tall plants

Hi, so do skunk#1 grow that tall ? , i read soemwhere it was 4-5 foot, but we hopin to take clones before we flip the lights, and i know they still grow whilst flowering but thoght they wouldnt get to full height?, but then again i s'pose bigger the plant, should be more yield, hopefully lol

odour will probably be a problem, so get some carbon filters if you havent already... it would be an idea to get a co2 generator or somethin in there too, -good luck

having a veg and flowering room is the way to go it allows you to harvest alot more per year versus one room.
as per multiple strains the problems have been mentioned they may have different nutrient requirements wich is more of a problem in hydro where they all share the same reservoir, some will get taller than others so it may be harder to keep the canopy even, so all plants get about the same amount of light.
when grown indoors most do not allow there plants to grow that tall by switching to flowering at a certain age or height , toping and training you can manipulate the height for what works best for you im sure that it would have no problem getting 5 foot tall with a long enough veg time its just not common to do so indoors, mainly because of diminishing light intensity without multiple lights you cant really provide good lighting to the lower budsites to make it worth growing larger plants.

^^hey the point about the plants being different heights is a good one that i failed to mention. this is happening with me too, and i have just trained them to all be the same level. also, just raising some younger plant higher up works well too.

as for the two room thing- definitely a great idea. it is work to get it 100% light sealed, but totally worth it i agree.

hey thanks everyone for the replies and input. We do have a carbon filter running at the mo as the lowryder#2 we have in flower are starting to smell quite a bit. The Co2 thingy is something i never even thought about to be honest, i will be pricing one up once i write this post. I don't really want really tall plants to be honest, but i kinda wanna experiment with one maybe just to see how far she will go lol. We kinda started growin small but it's taking over, plus we think it's gonna work out better for us growin our own as the stuff we are buying lately has been really poor quality, especially the solid (found bits of plastic in some a couple of weeks back) hence you smoke more, hence more money to lay out.
