Greetings from Leeds
Hello all,
This is my first post on an internet message board so do forgive me if i'm not up to speed with proper etiquette. Hope everyone's well!
Moved up here from London a year or so ago; things we do to make a living.. and it's been strange time (not leeds). Alot of people have either 'grown up' (and therefore no longer share the same joys in my favourite past time - no prizes for guessing- or moved to sunnier shores), so i'm finding myself spending more time at work, to fund my trips down south in order to see familiar faces. Frustratingly my hobbies differ from those who remain, but hey, i can't exepect everyone to be perfect!
Since the 'drought of 2006', my leeds contact has decided its no longer worth the hassle, and i've been spending obscene amounts of money on gner train tickets to london in order to ensure i'm not dry. Smoke far more than i should, but i still manage to turn up at work every morning in a relatively decent condition for work (although 9-11 does fly by quickly without much being done).
Am rather glad to have stumbled upon this message board, i'd like to think there are some like minded people about; am rather tired of viewing my past time as 'illicit'.
Until my next post!

lol.
Wish i studied here instead of merely coming out of the blue just for the job.
I'm rather weary about breaking rules here, but considering the state of my bank balance i can't afford to commute all the time - any advice? (can't grow, bitch of a landlady, though i really ought to when i move into a new pad later this year.)

Leeds is a funny one, sometime you can do well but need to be connected.
Stick around the forums and get to know the crowd, there are good people.
Hookups etc will get you insta-banned of course so be wearyMinds are like parachutes, they both work best when open.

Thanks for the tips delta. Strange, coulda swore you had two posts. Oh well, not the first time my memory's failed.
Amber: so i've gathered! you find yourself in leeds often?
Weedmaster: Big shout out back. Smoking the weakest green at the mo, will be heading home to solve that problem. If you're about in london giz us a shout and we'll blaze. Recently got a chipped 360 and a bad ass flat screen, can't see myself straying too far from the couch and ashtray.
Grinder: yo. lucky sod. must say i'm not the biggest fan of solids but hey, its all god's gift. stay high.
 these smiley's are wicked!

Here's a question (though i'm not sure if i should be posting a new thread somewhere else - thought since i have one going i'd continue?)
what are your thoughts on vapourisers? i understand there's no smoke which leaves me rather curious (the neighbours will surely appreciate it!) wonder how popular they are in the uk. I'm a joint man myself.

Bizzarre! I did post twice but I think the Mods deleted it, they might not have understood my little "joke" with the Letters from LEEDS...
Certain "chemicals" are not to be mentioned (sorry mods! was a joke)
I lived in Leeds 3 years
I am a big fan of vaporizers and own a Volcano - I still get up to Leeds quite often though and would be happy to meet up one day and you can test the Volcano yourselfMinds are like parachutes, they both work best when open.

lol yes i recall now! props for that.
*whistles* volcano? nice, i haven't tried one before and am rather curious to find out the difference between it and a bong hit.
I'm a joint person solely because i don't need two hands to get high. Can't get more lazy than that!
Strange, been smoking for years and i haven't had a bong hit for more than 2 years, have stuck to joints for a long while. Must confess i haven't even attempted a gravity bong. though i imagine it to be similar to a regular bong?
night mate.
