i can't say it sucks that bad in every place in the states. in hawaii, the cops NEVER busted anyone for either possession or mip's. where i currently live, with the past elections, the city passed an ordinance placing marijuana on the cops lowest priority, lower than alcohol. all they do now is confiscate the weed and paraphinilia, which sucks, but is better than getting a huge fine. this happened to a friend of mine not too long ago.

Me and my mate were blazing it down in the graveyard (usual smoking spot) and i was rolling the last spliff after having smoked 3 when i look up and there's 1 copper and 1 community support about 5 yards away from us.
