Shit! Busted...

Okay well my time has come. I got busted by my dad. I had a small metal pipe in my bag and he found it while emptying my bag to go to florida. (I didnt know he was gonna use my school bag and the reason the pipe was there was because i was gonna bring it to my moms house the next day.) I had no cannabis in the container...only a pipe and a lighter. Anyways we had the usual long talk about the side effects and how it was bad. He told me that he had also took some in high school back in his time which wasnt really a surprise to me. He then said that a joint once in a while is nothing. The best and funniest part was that he believed that the pipe I had was a hash pipe only. He didnt believe that pot was smoked out of pipes, bubblers, bongs etc! He thought the only way it could be consumed was via joint or blunt. Even after i told him it was a pipe used to smoke cannabis out of he still wouldnt believe me. Anyways now I have to read this stuff he printed off the internet about the side effects and the possibilities of the stuff being laced with other stuff to get me addicted. He wont give me money anymore since he will put it in a bank account for me. It somehow seemed that he was saying that pot wasnt bad once in a while but hash was deadly. I of course acted like I knew nothing about cannabis and stuff. Anyways now I feel kinda depressed and embarrassed about the issue and whenever me and my dad talked its all ackward and stuff....sucks.

well he has a point. weed has changed since the days when he smoked. I know what you meen about the hash pipe thing older peeps always call it a hash pipe. I think hash used to be much more commen in the states. But i am sure all older people on this forum would agrea that the weed of today is nothing like the weed of of 1974.....just something to think about. when i was young all i could smoke was brickweed, very rarely i would find decent homegrown nugs. well i got pissed tested for a job and failed for thc but also pcp..i never to my knowledge have smoke anyhting but pot and cigs. i retook the test and still failed. i found out pcp is sometimes sprayed on shit weed to give it a kick.

same situation here lol. when my dad found my pipe he also found like a gram of weed (which he threw away ). he gave me my pipe back and told me to hide it better, somewhere where it wont stink up the whole room. lol! oh yeah and i also had a LOOONG talk, and i think i pretty much convinced him with the facts i gave him. that same sunday night i found out that a good buddy of mine died because his car was hit by a drunk truck driver. my dad knew it was too much for me to handle in one day, and left it at that. im thankful for that...

Ive benn caught many times by my parents. They tried to do the whole parent thing and say its bad and crap, but they believe a joint once a week is normal ( i smoke a few joints every day usualy lol :jointsmile: ). After i got caught so many times eventually my dad just walked into my room and said lets light up. Dad had a good time he thought he was a kid again listening to pink floyd and shit. After your parents catch you so many times they sorta get more tolerant about the issue in my experience and as i see with other parents also.

my father has caught me once when he picked me up from a friends house. The only thing he said was that he still does it once or twice a month so he can't stop me from doing it then like 3 days later we smoked at his friends house and it was the weridest thing ever smokeing with your father

That part about the "hash only" pipe is reason enough to ignore everything he said about weed and make sure you dont get caught from now on :P
