You could technically be charged for assault by raising your fist in the air. Assault is intent.

Tha's pretty whack partyguy420, but if i was on probation and shit(which i am) I would have done in completely different....The fake name was your first mistake, cause he found out right away, and as soon as he yelled your REAL name, you shoulda came back, cause they already have your address with your name, and you shouldn't chill with people that snitching would even cross their mind, i don't care if it is your cousin or not....that's just stupid....By the sounds of it, you weren't doing anything wrong in the park, not drinking, not smoking, so you were just drunk, who cares, that's nothing, you're not even driving........you made a mistake, but it happens, especially when you get trashed..........

I've punched a cop, and I only got a ticket.. (It was because the cop was in civil clothes, and hadn't identified himself.. It was in a middle of a huge fight, and he grabbed one of my mates.. I thought he was going to beat him up.. I punch him, seconds later, a cop grabbes me and asks me: "Do you know what you just did?" "Err.. I punched a guy?" "No, you just punched a cop, and now, you're fucked.")



I've been in A LOT of fights, where police got involved, and I got nothing.. One dude, I beat senseless, broke his arm, and I didn't even get anything.. An angry phone call from the guys mother, and that was that..

I gotten charged with Assault & Battery for doing far less. All I did was push this guy and they charged me. Just a little push. It's almost unbelieveable how they can waste such time and resources. The guy wasn't hurt, but he was such a pussy.

My other assault & battery charge was against my brother. My girlfriend at the time called the police on me. He didn't want to charge me, but the since my state is a commonwealth, the state decided to press charges. The only reason I got off is my brother had to lie and say we went at each other at the same time.

Whereever you live, it must be a lot cooler than where I live.

You can get away with almost ANYTHING here.. Unless drugs are involved..



The punishment for smuggling some hash for a few ecstasy pills or some other 3rd or 4th drug is SO MUCH harder than say, rape..


A girl I know got raped, and the guy didn't even do any time.. He had to pay her the low low amount of like.. $5000.. Imagine that..


Two guys shot a man, "by accident" and they didn't do time at all.. No fine to pay.. Nothing.. hmm..


Justice prevailes again..


5 men brutally killed a black man, two of them went to psychic evaluation, and were confined for 6 months and the rest only were in prison for some 3 months..


BUT, my cusin smuggled like.. 500 G of hash and around 500 ecstasy pills.. He was in prison for 3 years, got out for good behaviour 4 months early.. Cops are still following him around, listening to his phone calls and stuff like that..



Drugs is the only thing you get a real punishment for..

Yup, I live in America.

Even those drug sentences seem light compared to here. I could imagine 500g of hash and 500 pills would land you in jail for at least 5 years in America, and that's being nice. Unless you have $$$$, then you could do anything.

I guess I could say I'm safer here. I couldn't imagine anyone getting away with rape or getting shot in this country, unless you have $$$$ of course.
