Partyguy you have been around here for a good time and from what I remember you contribute well to this forum. I dont know about recently though as I took a couple months break from this site. I don't know if I would have chosen what you did. I'd say it all started to go wrong with blowing the stop sign. But hey if a dog were to bite me hell yeah I would kick it down to. you shouldnt have run away. only run away if there is something the cops dont know about yet. you would have gotten a drinking ticket had you not run away. that is probably between 50 and 150. running away was a huge huge mistake. you could have just been calm. i have been in a similar situation, except when we got pulled over we had all eaten an eigth of shrooms probably 45 minutes earlier, had more eigths sitting weighed out in the truck, and had weed on us. i just sat there quietly the whole time and the cop asked us if we had any dope on us i said no then they said theyd be searching me but never did. one kid got caught with his weed they found in the cab. mine was in my pocket. the point is we all got underage drinking tickets and that was it if you dont do stupid shit like running away you wont have to face shitty consequences. as for the drug test if you arent on probation they dont just drug test people then arrest them if the fail otherwise half the population would be in prison.
