I don't know if you've been lied to or are just kidding yourselves. It's been proven scientifically and by my own experience that it's both physically and psychologically addictive. When quitting smoking after I've been smoking daily I have insomnia, loss of appetite, and irritability for a couple of days. The insomnia often lasts much longer. Of Rating: 5
